Philadelphia 7-Layer Mexican Dip

Prep Time: 10 min
Total Time: 3 hr 10 min
Makes: 32 servings, 2 Tbsp. each

Ingredients
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Taco Seasoning Mix
1 cup guacamole
1 cup TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Thick 'N Chunky Salsa
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup chopped green onions
2 Tbsp. sliced pitted ripe olives

Directions

MIX cream cheese and seasoning mix until well blended. Spread onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate or quiche dish.

LAYER remaining ingredients over cream cheese mixture; cover. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.

SERVE with tortilla chips.

My friend Janet always makes this to bring to summer get togethers and we always manage to polish off the entire thing...and I'm not talking about 32 people get togethers =wink=

Whoever thinks that is 32 servings isn't a member of our family. That picture sure looks good.

LOL...yes I agree with both you women , 32 servings is rubbish where I come from thats lunch dinner for two , cough cough , and I wonder why I still don't fit into my blue jeans !

LOL I know im getten old cuzz i dont give a crap about my jeans fitten i rather eat that dip!! hehehe it is one of my all time faves ... along with something my sis n law makes ... she stuffs shells with stuffing and chicken and theres cheese i dunno what she does but that dip and them shells and my moms lazania is what i pig out on every christmas eve lol
