I'm sure there's a trick to the game, but I'm not so good with spatial relationship-type problems. I have beaten it twice in about ten games.

Kitty iz addictive. I beat her twice out of about 15 tries.
I think the key is to choose a circle about two or three away from her...
or maybe not.
I think you're right; I also think sometimes you get a better advantage with the number of already darkened balls (that sounds painful) and their placement.
