I like Ranker and enjoy the lists and sometimes spend far too much time ranking, but it's easy to see the demographics of most of the people ranking, especially on this one.

Bugs Bunny is listed as both #8 and #32, AHEAD of George Costanza.
There's more voter fruad here than in Ohio, I believe.
Yeah, it's like Wiki and anyone can add and rank.
I voted the cast of Seinfeld up as well as some of the older sitcom stars that were way too far down the list. As I said, I'm sure it's mostly younger folks voting on the list.
To be honest, I've never understood the appeal of South Park. It's not that I'm an old fuddy duddy because I enjoy Family Guy, Futurama and some of the other current comedies, but never have liked South Park or even The Simpsons for that matter.
I'm so out of the loop, didn't know 1/2 of the characters on that list.
I'd vote for Reverend Jim from Taxi or any of the characters from *M*A*S*H
